حذف حسابك

من التطبيق (الأسرع): الحساب ← الأمان ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف الحساب وكل بياناته فوراً ونهائياً.

دون التطبيق: أرسل رسالة إلى anasakramah@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب» من البريد المسجّل في حسابك (أو اذكر اسم العرض). نحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يوماً ونردّ عليك عند الإتمام.

ما يُحذف: معرّف الحساب، البريد والاسم، المحفوظات، الرحلات، التقييمات والإعجابات، الزيارات الموثّقة، الإعدادات.

ما قد يبقى: تقارير الأعطال المجهولة حتى 90 يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً (لا تحمل اسماً ولا بريداً).

Delete your account

From the app: Account → Security → Delete account. The account and all its data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Without the app: email anasakramah@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" from the address on the account. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm.

Deleted: account id, email and name, saved places, trips, ratings and likes, verified visits, settings.

May remain: anonymous crash reports for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically (no name, no email).
